Subscription and Tiers

Aithlo has four tiers. Your tier controls scope and usage — how many features you can use and how much — but it never changes the quality of the AI itself. Races are unlimited on every tier.

The four tiers#

Free (€0)#

• Read-only AI coach chat (you can read history, but not send messages)
• A short plan: 2 detailed days plus a 3-day forecast outline
• 1 AI-generated workout per week
• 1 hour per week of riding in Shift
• The last 30 days of analytics history

Pro (€12 / month)#

• Full AI coach chat, including sending messages
• Plan adaptation — tell the coach what changed and it adjusts your plan
• Stretch Buddy guided stretch routines
• A longer plan: 7 detailed days plus a 14-day forecast
• Unlimited AI workout generation
• Unlimited Shift riding
• Full analytics history
• You can be coached by a human coach

Ultimate (€20 / month)#

• Everything in Pro, plus:
• Coach up to 5 athletes (5 athlete seats included; extra seats available)
• An even longer plan: 7 detailed days plus a 21-day forecast

Ultimate+ (€30 / month)#

• Everything in Ultimate, with triple the AI budget for heavier use

What a tier does and does not change#

Moving up a tier widens your access and your usage allowance — see AI usage and budget. It does not give you a smarter coach: every tier uses the same AI model. And no matter your tier, you can add unlimited races to your calendar.

Trial and coach codes#

• 14-day Pro trial — free accounts can start a one-time trial, during which your account behaves exactly like Pro.
• Coach codes — a human coach can share a code that gives you Pro at half price (€6). This is a price difference, not a different set of features.
• Admin accounts bypass tier limits entirely.

How billing works during the beta#

Billing is currently a placeholder. There is no payment processor yet.

Because of that, your tier is set in one of a few ways: you pick it in the onboarding pricing step, it is set by an admin override, you start the 14-day Pro trial, or you redeem a coach code. Beta-allowlisted users see €0. The billing summary you see is a display-only invoice.
