AI Workout Generation

Describe a duration, type, sport and any notes, and the coach streams back a fully structured workout saved straight to your library.

Sometimes you don't want a whole plan — you just need one good session. AI workout generation lets you describe what you want and have the coach build a single, fully structured workout that's saved to your library.

How it works

Tell the coach what you're after and it does the rest:

  1. Describe the session — set the duration, the type of workout (for example endurance, intervals, threshold or recovery), and the sport (run, bike, swim or gym).
  2. Add notes — optionally add free-text notes to steer it: target a specific energy system, work around an injury, or ask for a particular interval style.
  3. Watch it build — the coach streams the workout back as it's created, so you can see it take shape.
  4. Find it saved — the finished workout lands in your personal library automatically, ready to open, download or ride.

Each generated workout comes out fully structured — a proper warmup, a main set of intervals with durations and targets, and a cooldown — exactly like the workouts in the rest of the library.

What you get

The result is a single, complete workout rather than a multi-week plan. That makes it ideal when:

  • You have a fixed amount of time today and want it well spent.
  • You want a specific type of session that isn't already in the catalog.
  • You'd like a one-off to slot in alongside your existing plan.

Once it's saved you can review its structure just like any other workout — see browsing the workouts library.

Limits by tier

AI workout generation uses the AI coach, so usage depends on your plan:

  • Free — a limited number of generated workouts, currently 1 per week.
  • Pro, Ultimate and Ultimate+unlimited generation.

Generated workouts draw on your AI budget, the same allowance the coach uses elsewhere. If you generate often, keep an eye on your usage.

For full training plans rather than single sessions, let the coach build a periodized plan instead — generation here is purpose-built for one workout at a time.
