Search the help center first
Many questions have a quick answer already written up. Before getting in touch, try the search at the top of the help center, and skim the Frequently asked questions — you'll often find what you need in seconds.
How to get in touch
To reach the team, use the website contact form at our contact page. Send us a clear description of what's going on and we'll take it from there.
What to include
The more detail you give, the faster we can help. Where relevant, please include:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- What you already tried to fix it.
- Your device and app — phone or web, operating system, and the app version.
- Screenshots of the screen or any error message.
- The account email you use with Aithlo, so we can find your account.
Clear steps to reproduce the problem are especially helpful for anything that looks like a bug.
What to expect
We read every message and aim to respond as quickly as we can. Aithlo is in beta, so some issues may relate to features that are still being built — see what's not yet available in the Frequently asked questions. If we need more information to help, we'll ask, so keep an eye on the inbox for the email you contacted us from.
