Getting Started

Create Your Account

Sign up with email or Google, connect Strava, and manage signing in, password resets and account deletion.

Getting into Aithlo takes a minute. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google, then optionally connect Strava so the coach can ground its advice in your real training history.

Sign up with email

Choose email and password and you'll be asked for a few essentials:

  • Email and password — your password must be at least 10 characters. Pick something memorable but strong.
  • Country — during the beta, registration is open to the UK and France only.
  • Date of birth — you must be at least 16 to use Aithlo.

Once submitted, your account is created and you move straight into onboarding.

Sign up with Google

Prefer one tap? Use Google sign-in (OAuth). You'll authorize Aithlo with your Google account and skip creating a password. The same country and age rules apply.

Connecting Strava

Aithlo works best with Strava connected. Linking it lets Aithlo import and score your activities and gives the coach real numbers to plan from. Before connecting, you'll confirm a consent record covering how your Strava data is retained. You can connect during onboarding or later from settings — see Strava integration for details.

Signing in

Returning users sign in with the same method they signed up with — email and password, or Google. Sessions stay logged in securely in the background, so you won't be asked for your credentials every time you open the app.

Forgot or reset your password

If you can't remember your password, choose Forgot password and Aithlo emails you a reset link. Open the link, set a new password (again, at least 10 characters), and sign in.

Set a password after Google sign-in

Started with Google but want an email-and-password login too? Use the set-password flow in settings to add a password to your account, so you can sign in either way.

Aithlo captures GDPR-style consent records before connecting external data such as Strava. This keeps a clear record of what you agreed to and when.

Deleting your account

Deletion is self-service. From account settings you can permanently delete your account; to confirm, you'll be asked to type your email address. This removes your data and can't be undone.

Next, head into onboarding to build your athlete profile, or review account and app settings to fine-tune your preferences.
