Training Load & Trends

Track Fitness, Fatigue, and Form over time, plus performance trends, personal records, HR zones, consistency, and volume.

This is the deep-dive view behind your dashboard. It charts how your training is accumulating and where your performance is heading, so you can see the trends rather than guess at them.

Training load over time

The core chart plots your CTL, ATL, and TSB across a window you can select:

  • CTL — Fitness: a 42-day rolling average of your training stress. It rises slowly as durable fitness builds.
  • ATL — Fatigue: a 7-day rolling average. It reacts quickly to recent hard work.
  • TSB — Form: Fitness minus Fatigue — how fresh you are.

Switch between windows to zoom in on a recent block or step back and see a whole season. For definitions, see the Training Science Glossary.

Track how your pace and elevation are trending over recent weeks, so you can confirm the work is translating into faster, stronger sessions.

Personal records

Your personal records collect your best efforts by distance and effort — your fastest 5K, longest ride, and more — drawn from your synced activities.

Heart-rate zones

The HR zones view shows your time-in-zone distribution, so you can check whether your easy days are truly easy and your hard days are hard enough.

Consistency streaks

Consistency streaks track your training adherence over time — a simple, motivating measure of how regularly you are showing up.

Finally, volume trends break down your weekly hours by sport, and the monthly overview rolls everything up to the month level so you can judge whether your overall load is trending where you want it.

History limits

How far back these analytics go depends on your tier. Free accounts see the most recent 30 days; Pro and above unlock your full history. See Analytics History for the details on what each tier includes.
