Free accounts see the most recent 30 days of analytics; Pro and above unlock your full training history.
How far back your analytics reach depends on your tier. The metrics themselves are the same — what changes is how much history you can look across.
What each tier sees
- Free — the most recent 30 days of analytics. You always have a full, useful month of fitness, fatigue, form, trends, and records to work with.
- Pro, Ultimate, and Ultimate+ — your full history, all the way back to your earliest synced activity.
During your 14-day Pro trial a free account behaves as Pro, so you can preview full history before deciding.
Why history matters
A 30-day window is plenty for day-to-day decisions — your current form and recent load are all recent data. But longer history is where the bigger picture lives:
- Seeing how your Fitness (CTL) has grown across a whole season.
- Comparing this year's build to last year's.
- Spotting long-term consistency patterns and where past peaks lined up with your best races.
If you have been training with Aithlo for a while, unlocking full history turns your data into a season-long story rather than a monthly snapshot.
Unlocking full history
Full history comes with any paid tier. Your past data is not deleted on Free — it is simply hidden beyond 30 days, and it reappears in full the moment you upgrade or start your trial.
