Using the Coach Chat

The coach chat is a conversation with an AI endurance coach that actually knows your data. Ask it anything about your training and it answers with real numbers pulled from your own activities and plan.

What you can ask#

The coach can answer questions grounded in your history, not generic advice. Try things like:

• "How many runs did I do last month?"
• "What's my plan today?"
• "What was my best 5K?"

If you are not sure where to start, tap one of the quick-prompt suggestions above the message box. They give you ready-made questions so you can get going in a single tap.

Answers grounded in your data#

When a question needs your numbers, the coach queries your activity and plan history and answers from your real records. Where it helps, it renders results as inline charts and tables right inside the conversation, so a question like "show my weekly volume" comes back as a readable visual rather than a wall of text.

Live, token-by-token streaming#

Replies stream in token by token as the coach writes them, so you see the answer take shape instead of waiting for a finished block. While the coach is working behind the scenes, short status messages tell you what it is doing, for example "Looking up your activities…" or "Saving your plan…". That way you always know whether it is reading your data, thinking, or making a change.

Coach reasoning#

For recommendations, the coach can surface a muted reasoning summary so you can see the why behind its advice, not just the conclusion. It is optional context, kept quiet so it never gets in the way of the answer itself.

More than just talk#

Who can use it#
