Getting Started

Welcome to Aithlo

Aithlo is your AI endurance coach for run, bike, swim and gym — planning, analyzing and adapting your training in one place.

Aithlo is an AI-powered endurance-training coach for runners, cyclists, swimmers and gym athletes. It builds your training plan, answers questions in a conversational coach chat, syncs and scores your activities, and tracks how your fitness changes over time — all in one place.

What Aithlo is

Think of Aithlo as a coach that actually knows your data. Instead of generic plans, it reads your real training history, your goals and your races, then builds a periodized plan and keeps adapting it as life happens. It works across four sports — run, bike, swim and gym — and includes Shift, a virtual world where you can ride planned sessions and group rides with friends.

Where you can use it

Aithlo is one product across several connected surfaces that share a single backend:

  • Mobile app — the primary athlete experience, on iOS and Android.
  • Web — a full-featured site that mirrors the mobile feature set, so you can plan and review from any browser.
  • Shift — a virtual-world cycling client for live, multiplayer rides that uses your Aithlo workouts.
  • Shared backend — the AI coach, plan generator and training-science calculations all run from the same place, so your data stays consistent wherever you log in.

Who it's for

Aithlo suits anyone training with intent: chasing a first 10K, building toward a triathlon, or simply training more consistently. If you have a goal and want structure without hiring a full-time coach, Aithlo fits.

What it does, end to end

  • Plans — a periodized plan (Base, Build, Peak, Taper) aligned to your races, with fully structured near-term sessions.
  • Coach chat — ask anything about your training and let the coach add, swap or adapt sessions for you.
  • Strava sync & scoring — your activities import automatically and each one is scored for training stress.
  • Fitness tracking — see your fitness, fatigue and form trend over time so you know when to push and when to rest.
  • Shift — ride your planned bike and run sessions in a shared virtual world.

Your next steps

Ready to begin? Here's the natural path:

  1. Create your account — sign up and connect Strava.
  2. Complete onboarding — a short AI-led interview that builds your athlete profile and first plan.
  3. Choose your plan — everyone starts with a 14-day Pro trial.
  4. Learn the language with the training science glossary so the numbers make sense.

Welcome aboard — let's get you training smarter.
