Generate an AI-guided ~20-minute stretch routine tailored to your day, with per-stretch timers, target muscles, and form cues.

Stretch Buddy is your on-demand mobility session. With one tap it generates an AI-guided routine of around 20 minutes, tailored to what you did or have planned that day, so you stretch the muscles that actually need it.

What you get

Each routine is a sequence of stretches built for the day's training. For every stretch you see:

  • A timer that counts down the hold so you can follow along hands-free.
  • The target muscles the stretch is working.
  • Clear form cues explaining how to do it safely and get the most from it.

The routine flows from one stretch to the next, guiding you through the full session without you having to think about what comes next.

Tailored to your day

Because Stretch Buddy reads the day's context, a routine after a hard interval run focuses on different areas than one after a long ride or a gym session. The aim is a quick, relevant cooldown or recovery aid that fits your training rather than a generic stretch list.

How to start one

  1. Open the day in The Calendar.
  2. Launch Stretch Buddy for that day.
  3. Follow the guided sequence — each stretch advances with its own timer.

Availability and limits

Stretch Buddy is a Pro feature — it is available on Pro, Ultimate, and Ultimate+ (and during your 14-day Pro trial). Free accounts do not have access once the trial ends.

Because each routine is generated by AI, Stretch Buddy draws on your daily AI allowance and is subject to a daily limit.
