Notifications

Aithlo keeps you in the loop with a real-time notification system. Updates arrive as they happen and collect in your inbox, with unread badges so you can see at a glance when something needs your attention.

What you get notified about#

Notifications cover the moments that matter across your training and social activity:

• Post-activity AI summaries — once an activity syncs and is scored, the coach can send you a short summary of how it went.
• Plan-ready alerts — when the coach finishes building or adapting your plan, you're told it's ready.
• Messages — direct messages from a human coach or athlete you're connected with.
• Social events — friend requests and ride invites from Shift.

Unread badges#

Unread notifications are marked with a badge so you always know there's something new. Open your inbox to read them, and the badge clears as you catch up. Your past notifications stay available to revisit.

In-app today, push later#

In-app notifications are available now. OS push notifications are not yet available.

That means notifications appear inside Aithlo when you're using the app. Your phone's system-level push notifications — the ones that pop up when the app is closed — are on the roadmap but not live yet, so it's worth checking your inbox when you open the app.
