Your Profile
Sports, Equipment and Availability
Tell Aithlo which sports you do, what gear you have, when you can train, and any injuries — so every plan fits your real life.
This part of your profile tells the coach the practical constraints of your training: what you can do, with what, when, and around which limits. Get it right and your plans will fit your real week. For identity, metrics, and goals, see Your athlete profile.
Preferred sports and equipment
Choose your preferred sports so the plan focuses on the disciplines you actually train. Then record the gear that shapes what sessions are possible:
- Turbo trainer — for indoor and structured bike sessions.
- Power meter — enables power-based targets and scoring.
- HR monitor — enables heart-rate zones and HR-based TSS.
- Gym access and pool access — gate strength and swim sessions.
- Equipment notes — anything else the coach should know about your setup.
Accurate equipment lets the coach prescribe targets you can actually hit and pick the best TSS method for each session.
Training preferences
Set the rhythm of your week so plans land on the right days:
- Training days — which days you're available to train.
- Long-session days — where your longer rides or runs should sit.
- Multiple sessions per day — allow more than one session on a day.
- Weekly hour range — how much time you can realistically give.
- Week-start day — which day your training week begins on.
Availability
Beyond a typical week, tell Aithlo about the things that disrupt it:
- Work schedule and travel frequency — so load is planned around busy periods.
- Rest days — days you want kept clear.
- Holidays — upcoming breaks the plan should account for.
Injuries
This is the most important section for safe planning. Record your current injuries, your injury history, and any limitations the coach must respect. The coach uses these to avoid aggravating problems and to substitute or scale sessions when needed, so be specific.
Races and club sessions
You can manage your races and recurring club sessions here as well as on the calendar. Recurring club sessions (for example a Tuesday swim club) auto-populate weeks ahead so the plan builds around them. For how these appear and how the plan adapts day to day, see Manual plan control.
