Activities
Import & Export
Export individual activities as FIT files, export your whole history to CSV, and import activities from GPX files.
Your data is yours to take with you. Aithlo lets you move activities in and out in the common formats your devices and other tools use.
FIT-file export
Export an individual activity as a FIT file — the standard format used by head units and watches. This is handy for keeping a portable copy of a session or loading it into another tool that reads FIT.
CSV export
Export your activity history to CSV for your own analysis. A CSV opens in any spreadsheet, so you can crunch your own numbers, build custom charts, or keep an offline archive of your training log.
GPX import
Bring sessions in with GPX import. If you have an activity recorded outside your usual sync — for example from a device or app that is not connected — you can import its GPX file so it appears alongside the rest of your training.
Import vs. automatic sync
Most of your activities arrive automatically from Strava, which is the primary way training gets into Aithlo and keeps your feed current. Use GPX import for the occasional session that did not come through that path, rather than as your main method. To set up or manage the automatic link, see Strava Integration.
Once activities are in Aithlo — however they arrived — they appear in Your Activity Feed, get scored, and feed your training-load model just like synced sessions.
