The Calendar
Your monthly planning hub for sessions, races, and training load, all editable from quick bottom sheets.
The Calendar is where everything on your schedule comes together: planned and completed sessions, rest days, races, your weekly volume, and how your form is trending. It is the single place to see your month and adjust it.
Month view at a glance
The month view shows every day with a colored indicator so you can read your training block at a glance:
- Completed — a session you finished (and, where linked, matched to a Strava activity).
- Planned — a session scheduled but not yet done.
- Rest — a deliberate recovery or off day.
- Race — a day with one of your races on it.
Tap any day to open its detail.
Day detail
The day detail lists every session for the selected day. Each one shows its full structure (warmup, main set, intervals, cooldown), the targets for each block (power, pace, heart rate, or duration), the overall intensity, and any notes the coach or you have added. This is the view you check before a workout to know exactly what to do.
Weekly summary
For the selected week you get a weekly summary: total volume plus a breakdown by sport, so you can see how your run, bike, swim, and gym time is balanced.
Training-load strip
A compact training-load strip shows your form trend over time, giving you a quick read on whether you are building, holding, or freshening up. For the full picture of fitness, fatigue, and form, see Training Load & Trends.
Upcoming races
The calendar surfaces your next races with their priority badges (A, B, or C) so a key event is always in view. Add and edit races in Managing Races — they drive your training phases and taper.
Add, edit, move, and delete
Everything is editable from quick bottom sheets. You can:
- Add a session to any day.
- Edit its structure, targets, or notes.
- Move it to another day by changing the date.
- Delete it, or mark it done or not done.
- Link a completed Strava activity to a planned session so it counts toward your plan.

Stretch Buddy
From the calendar you can launch Stretch Buddy, an AI-guided ~20-minute routine tailored to the day's training (Pro and above).
